For which types of activities are licenses and permits required?
According to the Law on Licenses and Permits, a license is required for 29 types of activities, including private medical practice, pharmaceutical activity, educational activity, engineering and survey works for buildings and structures requiring a construction permit, design of buildings and structures requiring a construction permit and subject to notification procedure, construction and installation works for buildings and structures requiring a construction permit, installation, maintenance and repair of fire protection systems and equipment, IP-telephony (internet telephony), express mail service, with or without cases arising from state security, and a permit is required for 86 types of activities.
